FAQ

Basic Information

  • Prices are listed in US dollars but I ship from Canada.
  • Most of the prices are FIXED, but some may be OBO (”or best offer”). If you are interested in more than one item, feel free to haggle the price with me.
  • If you are interested in buying something or require more details on any item(s), please contact me. I will reply to ALL inquiries, so if you do not hear from me within 2-3 days, please send your inquiry again as the email may have been lost.

Shipping

  • I’m located in Toronto, Canada and will ship from there.
  • Shipping is made through Canada Post. Once I agree to a sale, I will have it packed up and will get the exact quote from the PO. Then I will email you the final price in US dollars, converted using the day’s exchange rate using this website. The final price will include the tax I have to pay, which is 15% (of the shipping price, not the items). Also, I may have to charge you for the packaging envelope/box if I can’t find one to fit the items. If requested, I’ll also provide the exact weight so that you can verify the prices at the website.
  • Local pickup is possible. Contact me for details.
  • Items will usually be shipped by the following day I receive your payment. If there’s a delay, I will email you to let you know.

Payment

  • PayPal preferred. I do accept US or Canadian cash (no coins) and postal money orders, but if I will favor a quick sale if there are competiting offers.
  • Once you get a shipping quote, you have FIVE business days to send the payment before I remove you from the hold list.
  • Items will usually be shipped by the following business day after I received your payment. If there’s a delay, I will email you to let you know.

Trading

I welcome trades. Please note that I only trade with original Japanese products, be it games, dvds, manga, etc. No bootlegs, no North American releases.

If you are interested in a trade, just let me know what you’re interested and a list of items you have for trade.

Inventory

There is only one copy per item. If it’s sold, it’s no longer available. It’s first come, first served basis.
