Background
I’ve been an anime and manga fan since late 1999. I tend to buy random series based on reviews or recommendations so this garage sale helps me sell off items that I no longer have interest in. In more recent years, my interest has moved towards seiyuu and video games, thus I’m trying to “purge” most of my older collection. However, it doesn’t change the fact that I’m a collector at heart. I pride in taking care of the items I own and I can gurantee that almost everything you buy from me is in its best condition possible!
I started melz’s garage sale back in 2001 when I needed to sell off some of my unwanted manga and anime related merchandise. Here’s a screenshot of my old website:
As of 2007, I re-launched this website with a new design, and added new categories as well as updated the catalogue with over 40 items for sale!
Credibility
While I no longer sell on eBay due to too many fraud bidders, feel free to view my feedback profile (tortau). It’s not impressive, but I’ve not received any negative feedback so far.
I also have a verified Canadian Premier Account with Paypal and have been a member with them for over 6 years. You can verify this information upon payment.
I also maintain a personal blog at melz.org since early 2000 and am also active in the LiveJournal community (my ID is tortau). Most of the people on my friends’ list have done some form of transaction with me including meeting in-person.
